  • Vaginal dryness
  • Hot flashes & night sweats
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Depression, anxiety, & mood swings

We use traditional blood tests along with saliva and urine testing when indicated to determine your hormone balance and determine a treatment. Treatment may include prescribed hormones, but may also include natural therapies such as supplements to help ease the transition.

Are you too young for menopause but having symptoms?  Watch the video below:

Menopause occurs in three phases: perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Perimenopause is the transitional phase when hormone levels fluctuate, leading to irregular menstrual cycles. Menopause is officially diagnosed when a woman has gone 12 consecutive months without a period. Postmenopause follows menopause and is the phase where symptoms tend to subside, but the risk of certain health conditions may increase. For a visual representation of the phases click here.
